Lenovo recently came up with a new model called Lenovo IdeaPad U350 which looks sleekest,stylish & impressive. It offers you with a 13 inch LCD Screen, comfortable keyboard and a more powerful processor 1.3 GHz Pentium U2700.

The laptop looks stunning with an acute mix of textured black patterns on the lid cover and glossy black bezel inside with a brushed metal look around keyboard. It weighs 3.7 pounds, dimensions 12.9 inches wide and 9 inches deep,  hard drive is 320 GB with 5400 rpm, 4GB RAM, bluetooth, graphics card Intel GMA 4500MHD and comes preinstalled OS Windows Vista Premium SP1.

The screen has a good resolution of 1366 x 768 pixels. Pictures look sharp, colors are well saturated and looks vibrant. It’s integrated with 1.3MP camera and inbuilt stereo speakers sounds good with clarity.  Sounds are loud and clear enough to be heard in a small room. For tweaking the audio experience you can use the included Dolby Surround Sound Room software available.

Also available are the headphone and microphone jacks, three USB ports, 4-in-1 memory card reader and the power jack. A  HDMI port, VGA port, Ethernet jack and a wireless on/off switch line on the left side.

Cons: The battery life is just average with a four cell battery, Underpowered ULV processor. The Intel 802.11a/b/g/n radio inside the laptop turned in lackluster wireless performance scores. Well, you have the option to add an 8 cell battery by paying some small amount.

So, if you are looking out for a small, sleek, stylish, thin and light weight laptop this one is worth buying at a good price. It’s an ultraportable notebook with adequate performance and average battery life.
