Google is going to launch its service to public on the beginning of the Sept 30. Google Wave is a real-time communication platform that combines aspects of email, web chat, IM, wikis, social networking, and project management into a single browser communication client.

Now, 100,000 members of the public will be invited to try out the service. Google Wave is a unique hybrid of email, chat, and a blog, and some expect it to eventually replace some of Google’s other applications.
